Top Tier Pastry is run by professionally trained Pastry Chef Tracey Garrett. All of our products use only the finest ingredients. Local fruits are picked at the peak of the season and local farmers supply organic eggs. Other fine ingredients include: European style butter and chocolates, Italian cocoa, unbleached, unbromated flour, Madagascar vanilla, and pure sea salt. We believe in providing extraordinary pastry with exceptional customer service.
